There is no minimum commitment period. We’re so confident you’ll love us that we allow customers to cancel anytime through their Cutbox login.
Your subscription is valid for all Cutbox stores in that city. For example, if you buy a London subscription you can visit any of our London stores, but not Bristol, and vice versa.
Unfortunately subscriptions are only valid for 1 person. A full list of T&Cs can be found here

To cancel your subscription, just log in to your Cutbox account and visit the ‘my account’ section where you will be able to view & edit your subscription. To change to a new plan, please email subscriptions@cutbox.co.uk
